We had a tour of Nha Trang city in Vietnam. We went sightseeing, and went to mud spa specialty place.

What kind of experience awaits you there?

CHUA LONG Son

Vietnam is a communist country, but people believe in various religions.

They believe in various religions such as Buddhism, Christianity (Catholicism and Protestantism), Islam, Kaodai, and Hoa Hao Hinduism.

In Vietnam, Buddhism, influenced by Taoism and Confucianism, has a strong national religious character, which is believed by 70% of the people.

The Long Son Temple, a representative Buddhist temple in Nha Trang, Vietnam, was built in 1886 on the Nha Trang Hill.

It was damaged by a typhoon that hit Nha Trang in 1900.

It was then rebuilt on the flat ground below the hill.

Long Son Temple is attracted by the sculptures of dragon-shaped sculptures on the roofs and stairs in the temple.

Nha Trang's Long Son Temple main building is made up of stairs to the left and right, climbing up the 152 steps going up the hill to meet a white Buddha statue.

The Buddhist statue of Long Son Temple was built by Yeonhwadae, a lotus flower which is a symbol of Buddhism on a 3m high bed, and Buddha was on it.

A 24-meter-high white Buddha statue sits on the site of the Longsun Temple main hall, which was built in 1886.

This Buddha statue attracts attention as it looks down on Nha Trang's guardian deity to protect the city.

Mud spa in downtown Nha Trang - GALINA MUD BATH & SPA

We already have experience with Mud Spa when traveling on Mui Ne. Mud Spa is good for the skin, and it is said that it works by releasing the fatigue of the body.

Guarna Mud & Spa is located in downtown Nha Trang. We came to visit the ruins of the Champa Kingdom and experience the Mud Spa.

GALINA MUD BATH & SPA Located in the basement of the building, there is a spacious lobby where you can have a spa experience. And various kinds of medicines used in Mud Spa.

Vietnam is also a country with strong herbs and spices. Many spas and massage shops use medicines or herbs that are strong in fragrance and are effective in restoring fatigue. They also use a lot of oil made from medicinal materials and sprays.

There are many Buddhist, Christian, Catholic and Hindu believers in Vietnam. Chrismas seems to be a big anniversary for the Vietnamese people. We saw the Christmas tree in Mud Sapa.

On the other side of the entrance to Mud Spa, there is a stall. The products displayed here were packaged medicines that you can use to bathe at home.I will skip further details. I do not know what it is.

We accept the Mud Spa and change clothes in the basement and climb to the second floor. Mud Spa Experience is on the second floor of the building.

This is the Mud Spa Experience. Mud Spas receive the necessary mud water in a large container. The container was made by digging a circular groove on a large rock.

A large stone container is filled with mud and two people enter into it. The muddy water is really soft. We have had a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Mui Ne, but this experience is special in a downtown building.

Mud Spa has taken video and photo shoots for propaganda. They shoot a male and female model doing a mud spa. Models are Russian people. People who are looking for many tourists in Vietnam are Russian people. Maybe it seems to be shooting for advertising in Russia.

The Mud Spa on the 2nd floor is outdoors, so you can hear all kinds of sounds from the street.      It was like an open-air bath in a sauna in Korea. It is a large mud spa container made of stone.

There is also a chairs and table at the Mud Spa for a moment of relaxation.

There is a small pool filled with cool, clean water.

There is also a cot that guests can relax in.

Mud Spa has posted what customers should observe.

It is also possible to simplify foot massage where cool water falls.

After the mud spa is over, I take a short shower and do a foot massage.

There was also sauna facilities available for spa guests. I went in and out for a while. There were a lot of facilities at the Mud Spa experience site, but we did not fully enjoy it to prepare for the next trip.We had to finish the Mud Spa soon for the next schedule.
